Simply Cropping's Payment Information Page

To hold any Getaway reservation, a $50.00 deposit is required WITH each registration form. (If you are submitting more than one, then a $50 deposit is required for each one.) We accept cash, check, money orders and credit cards through Paypal only. When mailing your deposits, we MUST receive it within 10 days of receiving your registration form. If a deposit is not receive, one notice will be sent out and then your reservation will be canceled. Cash, check and money order payments can be sent to: Simply Cropping, LLC, 116 McIntosh Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Checks and Money Orders are to be made out to Simply Cropping, LLC. *Please list what Getaway you are sending the payment for in the subject/info area of your check. Simply Cropping, LLC charges a Returned Check Fee of $30. Credit Card payments may be made by either clicking on the below Paypal button or by visiting www.paypal.com using our simplycropping@yahoo.com account.

Spring II Payment InformationEARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS ON February 29th, 2008 & PRICES WILL GO UP $25 TO EACH PACKAGE. The balance of your Spring II Getaway MUST be received on April 10th, 2008 or a $25 late fee will be applied. Summer 2008 Payment Information EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS ON March 30th, 2008 & PRICES WILL GO UP $25 TO EACH PACKAGE. The balance of your Summer Getaway MUST be received on June 30th, 2008 or a $25 late fee will be applied. Fall I 2008 Payment Information EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS ON April 15th, 2008 & PRICES WILL GO UP $25 TO EACH PACKAGE. The balance of your Fall I Getaway MUST be received on September 1st, 2008 or a $25 late fee will be applied

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES: NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS OF DEPOSITS. If you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the event and you had paid in full, we will refund your cropping and food fees minus the $50 deposit and minus your hotel fees, depending on the hotel cancellation rules. Should you cancel within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued due to expenses we would have incurred on your behalf. If you cancel and have roommates, their Getaway will be changed to reflect the correct package and each roommate will be responsible for any money that is due for this change. “NO SHOWS" receive NO REFUND. Simply Cropping, LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel)incurred by registrants. In case of cancellation by Simply Cropping, LLC, full refunds will be issued promptly, minus any hotel fees. Simply Cropping, LLC provides the following services to you subject to the following conditions. Please review these conditions before you register. By submitting and/or signing your registration form, you release Simply Cropping, LLC, its owners, employees, vendors, sponsors and associates from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses that you may have incurred by attending or traveling to or from a Simply Cropping Getaway. You release Simply Cropping, LLC of all liabilities including personal injuries.
